CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY: Please, be respectful of our time as we are of yours. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary therefore we respectfully request a full 24-hour advance notice or you will be charge in full at the  original price for the session you booked: If you cancel with less than a 24 hour notice a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the original price of your scheduled service will be charged. No show and appointments made within 24 hours are automatically subject to cancellation fee in the full amount of the scheduled service.  If you have pre-paid for your session, have a credit or gift certificate on file the fee will be deducted. If there is no credit on file you will need to make payment at the time of canceling/rescheduling, or at the time of your next scheduled appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 24-hour notice period, no charges will be applied, and any prepayment will be credited to your account.

All cancellation/rescheduling must be done by phone call or text only, to (704) 756-8538. Canceling or rescheduling by email is not accepted and please do not respond to the number from which your reminder is sent. That is an automated system which is not monitored. We will not receive your message and your appointment will be marked as a no show.

OTHER POLICY

ARRIVAL: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Your appointment time is your session start time, you will need to  arrive earlier so your session can begin at your scheduled appointment time and therefore you may enjoy your full scheduled session. If you are late, your session will be reduced to whatever time is remaining from your original scheduled session and you will still be responsible for the full payment of your scheduled service(s).

FORMS: New clients will need to complete and submit the online client intake form and any other forms sent to you, prior to arriving for your appointment. This will be sent to the email you provided when you booked your appointment. Existing clients may log into their account at any time to update their information as needed.

Please note that It is your responsibility to make sure all information on file is current.

Please include on your Intake Form any health conditions, allergies, special needs or concerns you may have. Your safety is important to us & some services may not be recommended or may need to be adjusted accordingly.    

MINOR MASSAGE

Children under 18 who wish to receive a massage/bodywork service must have a parent/guardian consent.
