Please follow these simple rules to ensure the health and safety of yourself and others :

ILLNESS POLICY & COVID-19  SAFETY

Your health and well-being and that of our therapists is our top priority.

Have you had a fever within the last 24 hours 101.5 and above

Have been to a high risk area, country or on a cruise and was exposed to COVID, Flu or RSV within the last 14 days

Recently experienced respiratory/flu symptoms, sore throat, nasal drainage, chills, fever, or shortness of breath within the last 10 days

Have had contact within the last 7 days, with anyone diagnosed with COVID, Flu, RSV or related symptoms

If yes to any of the above: Please do not come in and contact our office BEFORE your appointment at (704) 756-8538                 ************************

• Employees/Independent Contractors will wear a mask - at their discretion.

• Employees/Independent Contractors will sanitize between each client.
